The company has developed an AI platform to optimize enterprise business operations. We are seeking a AI Solution Sales Specialist with strong enterprise technology sales background to drive commercial growth in the United States. In this role you'll help customers realize the potential of clients AI platform on their business. You will translate customer challenges into customized value proposition that creates measurable impact.

An ideal candidate is a proven sales leader who can execute a consultative sales approach, develop strong client relationships, and deliver significant revenue growth. The individual will act as both a subject matter expert and strategic sales partner for high-value opportunities. They will have passion for identifying new market opportunities and executing strategies to capture them. The AI Solution Sales Director will play a critical role in driving the AI-enabled operational efficiency to accomplish the go to market strategy. This is a great opportunity to directly influence how emerging AI product is adopted in the market by understanding and articulating the strategic impact of AI in a clear persuasive way.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts in the United States from prospecting to outreach, customer calls, product demonstrations, negotiation to deal closure

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas and hit quarterly qualified lead targets through outbound and inbound follow up

  • Combine technical knowledge, analytical rigor, storytelling to drive and close enterprise deals

  • Lead product demonstrations, create compelling value proposition and ROI-based business cases for clients using analytical problem solving

  • Become an expert in client AI platform and provide executive-level insights to customers, partners, guiding strategic discussions to address business outcomes

  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, customer success teams to ensure unified go-to-market strategy and execution

  • Stay up to date on market trends and collaborate with product teams to feed insights into product roadmap

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience

  • Proven success in selling technology, data analytics or AI/ML solutions to global enterprise customers

  • Proven ability to independently develop, manage, and close complex business deals with long sales cycles

  • Experience in writing and negotiating contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools as well as digital transformation practices

  • Knowledge of AI/ML/data analytics and understanding of prompt engineering

  • High level understanding of AI concepts like fine-tuning, RAG, RLHF

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with executive-level engagement and storytelling experience at both technical and business level

  • Advanced proficiency in tools like Slack, Zoom, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot/Salesforce, Power BI/Tableau, and G-Suite/Microsoft 365.

  • Comfortable working in US time zones and being available to teams during (PST or EST) working hours


Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA from top-tier business school and/or PhD in a technical domain

  • 7+ years of quota carrying experience selling complex enterprise software or SaaS products or services focused on AI, data, cloud technologies

  • Experience working at strategy consulting, investment banking, or strategic roles at high growth technology SaaS or automation startups

  • Hands-on experience with fine-tuning LLMs, or working with commercial LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic etc.)

  • Experience in architecting agentic AI solutions
