Enterprise AI Sales Head

The Enterprise AI Sales Head will collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure successful customer adoption and deployment of client’s product to solve customer’s business needs. This role will work closely with the enterprise sales team to close opportunities across the target accounts. The role is best suited for someone who can combine technical knowledge with strong account management experience.

An ideal candidate will bring technical knowledge and commercial acumen to help customers deploy AI product while realizing full range of capabilities in customer experience, automation, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, developing and executing strategies to achieve account goals.

  • Work with sales executives, product, and marketing teams to drive customer engagement from discovery and qualification to solution implementation and renewal.

  • Partner with engineering team to plan and customize demos, business cases, and proposals that align with each account’s priorities

  • Work with customers to understand their AI needs, sharing insights with product team to inform the product roadmap and ensure alignment

  • Build trusted relationships with key executives (CIOs, COOs, CFOs) and department decision makers within each account

  • Track, analyze and report on sales performance metrics, using data driven insights to drive improvement and identify cross sell opportunities

  • Strengthen ongoing engagements through quarterly business reviews, co-development workshops, and executive briefings

  • Monitor the industry landscape including key decision makers, competitors, partners, technology developments to contribute to product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

  • Develop and write Statements of Work demonstrating the value of complex AI products and services to the clients, tailoring the message to the industry and specific needs

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technology sales or strategic account management

  • Bachelor's in Engineering or Statistics from a premier institution

  • Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships with C-suite stakeholders

  • Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills with ability to have credible technical and business conversations

  • Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex AI solutions, APIs, and technical documentation

  • Experience in enterprise contract negotiations, post-sales support, and ongoing relationship management

  • In-depth knowledge of AI market trends and emerging technologies

  • Ability to work during business hours for PST or EST time zones depending on client location

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA from a top business school

  • Experience in developing or selling machine learning based products or services

  • Success in closing new accounts while working existing accounts

  • Startup experience or an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Account management of technology solutions for US or EU based clients
