Executive Fellowship Director

Location: Primarily remote, with in-person cohort sessions in Mumbai/Delhi 3–4 times per year

Type: Full time (Contract)

Experience: 15+ years

About the role

We believe sustainable leadership is built through honest conversations with exceptional peers. We're seeking a Fellowship Director for an executive fellowship serving a handpicked group of senior leaders with 10–20 years of experience — business heads, founders, functional leaders, and executives navigating complex strategic decisions. The fellowship transforms these individuals into a high-trust peer community. As the steward of this experience, you will design and facilitate peer discussions among opinionated senior executives; host and draw the best out of external speakers; build and sustain the community; and run each cohort end to end.

What you’ll own

Facilitate the cohort

  • Lead confidential peer sessions — drawing people out rather than lecturing, surfacing the real problem behind the presented one, and holding members accountable for follow-through.

  • Build the trust and confidentiality that allow senior leaders to discuss issues they cannot raise inside their own organizations.

  • Navigate strong personalities, differing viewpoints, and difficult conversations without losing momentum.

Curate and host external voices

  • Source, brief, and host senior practitioners — CXOs, founders, operators — as guest speakers.

  • Frame each session as a catalyst for peer discussion rather than a one-way talk; moderate the dialogue, Q&A, and synthesis.

  • Build and maintain relationships with a bench of credible, sought-after speakers.

Build the community

  • Match and steward relationships between members and senior executives beyond the cohort.

  • Meet members individually to understand their ambitions, challenges, and opportunities, then proactively create introductions and experiences that accelerate their goals.

  • Foster the engagement, belonging, and retention that carry the cohort into a lasting alumni network.

Run the program

  • Ensure every operational detail reflects a premium experience — from communications and scheduling through post-program engagement.

  • Track member engagement and outcomes, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the next cohort.

What we’re looking for

  • Accomplished: Senior operating, consulting, coaching, entrepreneurial, or academic experience. You understand the macro and micro forces shaping businesses and carry the gravitas to be taken seriously by Senior Directors, VPs, and CXOs.

  • Connective: Warm and quick to build rapport, you naturally broker introductions and remember what matters to people.

  • Curious: You're energized by ideas across industries and engage quickly with unfamiliar domains without pretending to be an expert.

  • Discreet: You treat confidentiality as the non-negotiable foundation of trust.

  • Empowering: You listen more than you talk, ask sharp questions, and help people reach their own insight. You're energized by others' growth, not by being the smartest person in the room.

  • Facilitative: You've held rooms of experienced professionals — as a trained peer-forum facilitator, executive coach, leadership-program lead, or a leader who has run high-stakes offsites and forums.

  • Grounded: Calm under pressure, you can hold a room of strong opinions, unexpected disagreements, and senior personalities without making yourself the center of attention.

  • Self-directed: You can run a program end to end with little oversight in an early-stage environment.

Nice to have

  • MBA from a top business school.

  • Experience with multicultural, globally distributed teams.

  • Background in marketing, branding, or PR.

  • Comfort using AI to conduct research, synthesize insights, and facilitate conversations about AI-enabled business transformation.

  • An existing network of senior Indian executives.

  • Experience launching or scaling a paid community, cohort program, or membership.
