Job Overview
The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic advisor, operational leader, and trusted confidant to the CEO and the executive team. This high-impact role offers an opportunity to shape the organizational strategy by collaborating closely with senior leadership and gain in-depth exposure to the core functions. The Chief of Staff oversees critical projects, lead special initiatives, and facilitate cross-company collaboration to achieve business objectives. This role requires flexibility to align work with American and European time zones.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Advisory
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, offering actionable insights and recommendations on key decisions.
Lead the formulation, implementation, and tracking of the company’s strategic plan.
Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and organizational data to develop data-driven strategies that address business priorities.
Operational Leadership
Ensure organizational alignment by coordinating and streamlining cross-functional initiatives.
Act as a primary point of contact for the executive leadership team, facilitating effective communication and decision-making processes.
Oversee the planning and execution of executive-level meetings, ensuring well-structured agendas, timely follow-ups, and measurable outcomes.
Project Management
Manage high-impact projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within the budget, and to the highest standard.
Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, leveraging resources to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
Develop and deliver strategic communications on behalf of the CEO, including reports, presentations, and external messaging.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering trust, transparency, and collaboration.
Leadership and Culture
Advocate for and embody the organizational values, championing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Support leadership development programs to enhance team capabilities and organizational performance.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
5-7 years of cumulative experience in management consulting, business / corporate strategy, venture capital/private equity, or operations within startups, investment banking, or fast paced teams within large organizations.
Proven track record in leading high-visibility projects and managing cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-pressure environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or Ph.D.) in a relevant discipline.
Prior experience in high-growth, innovative organizations.
Experience working with Large Language Models or Artificial Intelligence tools and/or deployment.
Requirements
